Due to lockdown/restrictions/curfews, a delay is to be expected in dispatch and delivery of all orders. Please note, that a delay of at least 1-3 days should be added to our fulfillment time of 4-10 days for Apparel & 2-7 days for Eyewear.
FREE SHIPPING
- All our orders are shipped across India for Free.
- International orders are not shipped for free. An additional shipping charge will be added to all International orders.
- Eyewear products dispatch within 24 hours of order, delivered within 3-6 days.
- Apparel products dispatch within 36 - 72 hours of order, delivered within 6-10 days.
- Home Decor products dispatch within 36 - 48 hours of order, delivered within 4-12 days.
- Please expect some delays due to reasons beyond our control like natural calamities, lockdowns, movement restrictions, protests etc.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Easy and Free returns & exchanges, within 14 days
- Product must be packed in their original packaging when returned and must be unused, unwashed with it's label or tag (if any) intact.
- You can request exchanges and returns through our WhatsApp number or Email or by contacting us
- Refund processing or New Order processing will be done only after we have received the returned/exchanged products.
- You will have to bear no cost for returning the products to us
- You might however, have to take a printout of the shipping label
