Returns & Refunds
You can return the product within 7 days of delivery or get it exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We might also ask you to send us pictures of the product you have received. The product must not be damaged, washed, ironed on, or dry-cleaned, and must be free of wear & tear.

Please note that a replacement product cannot be returned or exchanged further. Replacements are limited to a single time. We request you to refer to the size chart while placing orders and especially while selecting a replacement size to find the perfect fit.

Non-Returnable
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Damaged or used products
- Health and personal care items 

How to Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, click here and fill the form . Once the form is filled out, we will get back to you within 24-48 working hours. This time is not counted towards the Replacement or Return window time. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address and will ship the exchange or refund the money based on your request only after we have received & inspected the original order.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products delivered with COD Handling Fee (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item that is exchanged more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds to your original payment methods will take about 3-7 banking days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Orders returned with COD Handling Fee are applicable for partial refunds and the handling fee might be fully charged. 
In some cases, we might only offer a gift card or a discount code and not transfer money to you. 

If the received product is damaged, refunds will not be processed. To avoid this, please take pictures of items as proof when you return them. 

Undelivered or Lost/Damaged in Transit
The following is only applicable for Paid orders and not for COD/POD orders. If your order was undelivered or lost/damaged in transit, we will refund you the money. We will inspect the issue and get confirmation from the shipping company and process your request/refund accordingly. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank/debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded.


Replacements/Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the form here. We will ship a similar product to you at no extra cost after receiving and inspecting the package. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping
To return or replace your product, please fill out the Order Return Replacement Form Request.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your shipping address, current weather conditions, factors not under our control, curfews, lockdowns, etc. the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
