We do not charge any shipping fee on our products unless explicitly specified. We ship all over India without any delivery fee. In some cases, there will be an extra charge for Cash on Delivery/pay on delivery orders.
We ship Eyewear with Express delivery and Apparel & Posters with Fast Delivery. Eyewear is generally shipped within 24 hours of the order placement. Apparel & Posters usually ship within 48-96 hours of order placement. All our shipments go through quality checks before and after they are packed.

Usually, it takes up to 6 days for deliveries to the Northeast but we take a one-day buffer.

Tracking
We will send you a tracking URL on your registered email address when your order is shipped. Express Deliveries are shipped within 24 hours, Fast deliveries could take between 48-96 hours before they are shipped. You can also request a tracking URL by contacting us on Messenger/WhatsApp.
Delivery Partners
Our delivery partners are BlueDar, Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees & Shadowfax amongst other trusted companies. We usually use Air over Surface/Road shipments for national deliveries. [Updated: Jan 2025]
Delays
Please note that some factors are out of our and our delivery partner's control such as Natural Calamities, Protests, Lockdowns, Border closures, National Holidays, etc. Although shipments are sent at promised times, they may take longer than the days mentioned above to be delivered to your doorstep. Also, note that no refunds or order cancellations will be entertained if orders are delayed.

We apologize for this inconvenience but would like to inform you that we are working hard to dispatch orders and are working around the clock to bring you the best experience. Be assured that your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will be notified via email and SMS when your order is dispatched. Due to Covid restrictions, delays in transit due to curfews, and lockdowns, please expect a delay in your order delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We levy a handling charge on all COD orders, to avoid the charges, you can choose to pay through our trusted payment partners such as Razorpay & more. We allow only one active Cash on Delivery (COD) order per customer at a time. If multiple COD orders are placed, only the first order will be processed. Subsequent COD orders will be processed only after the successful delivery of the previous order. This policy helps ensure smooth operations and efficient order management.
